In a one to one session I will look at the whole you, your aims and goals, your medical history, life events that have effected your health, your diet, your routine, your symptoms and more so that I can establish why you are struggling and what you need to do to change things. I will put together a personal, achievable plan that suits you, your schedule and your goals.
An initial consultation is 75 minutes. Before the appointment you will be asked to complete a food diary and answer a questionnaire. These will be discussed during your appointment. Ideally, you will need to write a 7-day food diary before your appointment.
